On March 14, "Fu Bao," the first artificially bred spotted seal on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, celebrated its one-month birthday. Known as the "panda of the sea," the spotted seal is a first-class protected animal in China. Born in Xining, Qinghai Province, this spotted seal marks a significant milestone, filling the gap in the field of marine animal breeding on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau.
